Flatout (good!) pizza

I was reading a blog post about healthy homemade pizza and it got me to thinking that I have never shared my own secret recipe for healthy homemade pizza.  Here goes...

I set the oven to broil and I put the Flatout on a baking sheet.  I spray it with olive oil spray (both sides) and sprinkle it with garlic powder.  Then I place it in the oven, flipping the flatout bread until both sides are toasted brown and crispy.

Once the bread is how I want it, I take it out and spread the Classico pizza sauce on it.  I usually use about 1/3 cup.  I then sprinkle the sauce with sweet basil and parsley flakes followed by more garlic powder (yes, I LOVE garlic!).  Then I top the sauce with reduced fat mozzarella cheese (about 1/3 cup) and sprinkle the cheese with italian seasoning.

Place the pizza back in the oven to broil until the cheese is melted.  Keep a close eye on it so the edges of the bread don't burn.

When everything is melted, take the pizza out.  I like to top it with a pizza/pasta seasoning that I got at Aldi.  I also sprinkle some reduced fat parmesean cheese on top.

DELICIOUS!!  Enjoy :)
